Eligibility:
Open to independent and emerging music artists aged 16 or over worldwide unless otherwise stated in the opportunity.

How to Enter:
Submit your song through the official competition entry form. Only one track per artist or band per competition unless multiple submissions are clearly allowed.

Music Requirements:

• Original material only. No covers, remixes, or unauthorised samples.

• The track must be mixed and mastered to a reasonable standard.

• You must own or have permission to use all rights to the track you submit.

Shortlisting Process:

• All entries are first reviewed by our internal curation team.

• Tracks that meet the quality and eligibility standards are added to the shortlist.

• Only shortlisted artists move forward for final selection.

Winner Selection:

• Once shortlisting is complete, one winner is chosen at random from the shortlist to ensure fairness.

• The random draw is verified internally to confirm transparency and prevent bias.

Prizes:

• Each competition clearly states its own prize such as cash, industry review, magazine feature, or playlist placement.

• Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated.

Notification:

• Winners are contacted directly through the email address provided during submission.

• If a winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner may be selected from the shortlist.

Use of Submitted Material:
By entering, you grant permission for your track, name, and artwork to be featured in promotional materials, on our website, or on social media in connection with the competition with full credit to you.

Disqualification:
Submissions may be disqualified if they

• Contain offensive or discriminatory content

• Are not original works

• Are found to use fake or manipulated streaming numbers for credibility

Judging Integrity:

• Our curators listen to every track personally. No automated systems decide who gets shortlisted.

• The random selection process for the winner ensures equal opportunity for all qualified entries.

Data Protection:
All artist data and track submissions may be made public in order to stage live draws and keep transparency.

General Terms:

• We reserve the right to amend these rules or substitute prizes if necessary.

• Entry implies acceptance of all rules and decisions made by the organisers.
